About Jasmine

Jasmine Fox-Suliaman is a freelance writer and editor living in New York City. What began as a hobby (blogging on Tumblr) transformed into a passion for telling curated stories through digital media. She started her career at the print publication 303 Magazine. Where she wrote, helped produce photoshoots, and planned Denver Fashion Weekend. She then went on to work for Clique, holding the position of MyDomaine's Social Media Editor and then the Community Manager across all its digital publications.

Afterward, she transitioned into a role as an editor for Who What Wear, where she melded her extensive editing and social background to champion rising designers, cover trends, and profile celebrities for cover stories. One of her most significant accomplishments in the role was working with editorial leaders to build a more robust content strategy around cultural tentpoles—e.g., Black History Month or Hispanic Heritage Month—by establishing a more thorough internal pitching process, leading brainstorms, slating stories, and editing features for colleagues when necessary.

More recently, she's left her role as a full-time fashion editor to make her foray into the freelance world. Her work has been featured in publications including Vogue, Elle, Glamour, InStyle, The Cut, Editorialist, and many others. Additionally, she’s worked as a consulting copywriter at TheRealReal and partnered with brands like Coach and Tinder for social campaigns. She remains determined to weave together how fashion and culture diverge on the internet and in real life.
